The sales organisation divided into market segments requires comprehensive application know how of our key account manager. For our customers this means the possible best support if application specific problems have to be solved. The unique large product range of Pollrich DLK Fan Factories in combination with the expertise of our sales engineers lead to optimised solutions for the different application ranges.  

Especially for the OEM customers it is important to align the product 100% to the application of the customer as far as design and technical selection is concerned already preliminary. This includes the correct selection of our fans in terms of the following criteria:  

• Flow rate
• Pressure loss
• Temperature of the medium
• Type of medium
• Drive – e.g. frequency converter / direct / belt drive
• Ex protection relevant data
• Etc.  

From these details, we will select the adequate fan type which is able to meet the requirements.
After specification of the fan it will be customised to your demands. It is most important to us that our customer’s experiences are taken into account in the engineering design of our fans.  
As partner for our Original Equipment Manufacturer – customers, it is natural for us to take account of the know how of our customer concerning his field of activity and to develop the product together with him.
Design adaptations, e.g. modified frame dimensions for plug fans, or special insulation material for the insulation box, or special shaft system, are not extraordinary for us.
